Would you consider yourself to be detail-oriented, organized and technologically savvy? If so, a career in sonographic sciences may be for you! Students in this program gain the versatility to become a sonographer, radiologic technologist or cardiac sonographer.
Northwest offers a strong foundation of biology, chemistry, biomedical ethics and chemistry courses to prepare you for a career in sonographic sciences. Labs in the Garrett-Strong Science Building feature state-of-the-art equipment for coursework and research. You'll also have access to faculty who are accessible to help you through the first two years of courses before you attend sonographic school.
